It is very simple to start training Kick Boxing. One can come to watch a class, get an application form from the instructor and commence training. You just need a T-shirt and a track-suit pants, preferably black.

Training takes place at the gym area of the Gozo Sports Complex on Tuesdays form 7.30pm to 9.00pm and on Saturdays from 4.00pm to 5.30pm.

 

Kickboxing championships at Corradino

Martial artists from Ying Yang Club, Free Style Kick Boxing, Art of Fighting Club, Gozo Kick Boxing Club, Kick Boxing Club, Tae Kwon Do Club and Wu Shu Ky Club were on the mat vying for the honours during the two-day competition

Competitors had to wear adequate protective equipment. Bouts varied from semi- to full-contact.
 
Change of training times
The kickboxing training times for this season have changed on Tuesdays from 7.30pm to 5.00pm. Lessons will therefore commence at 5pm on Tuesdays and at 4pm on Saturdays. All members will be receiving a written letter about this change whilst non members are welcome to join at any time.

If you'd like to join all you have to do is simply to turn up at the sports complex in (preferably) black trousers and t shirt at one of the previously stated times and we will take care of the rest!
